Whenyoustartprintinglabels,everyvariablefieldwillautomaticallygetthevaluefromthelinked
databasefield.Eachrecordinthedatabaseisusedonasinglelabel.

Imaginethatyouhavethefollowingdatabasethatcontainsfirstandlastnamesofthepeople:

1. Tousethedataonthelabel,youmustfirstdefinethisdatabaseusingtheDatabaseWiz-
ard.
2. Toincludetwovariabletextsonlabelcreatetwotextobjects.
3. InthetextwizardselectVariablecontentsandclickontheNextbutton.
4. SelecttheDatabaseoptionasthesourceofvariabledata.
5. Linkbothtextobjectstothevariablefields.Eachtoaseparatefield.
Whenyouprintthelabels,eachofthetextobjectsonthelabelwillgetthevaluefromthecor-
respondingfieldinthedatabase.Whenonelabelisprinted,nextrecordisusedforthesecondlabel
andprocessisrepeated.Eachnameandsurnameareprintedontheseparatelabel.
